Copilot studio Trial

Hey, 
 
Few months ago I was able to activate copilot studio trial on cdx. Today I tried to do that on new cdx and I don't see Trial. I can only activate Viral Trial which is not giving me copilot credits... Anyone knows what has changed in cdx?

    Can you tell me what type of environment? is it the developer tenant part of the developer program or a tenant from partner center?
     
    have u raised a support ticket with Microsoft? If not, I would recommend raising a support ticket

    Copilot Studio trial availability in CDX can vary depending on region, tenant type, and the current catalog configuration. Since CDX offerings are managed internally by Microsoft, there isn’t always public documentation listing what’s available at a given time.

    Here are a few things you can try:


    • Start the trial from within the product

      Go to Microsoft Copilot Studio and sign in with your CDX tenant. Look for the Start free trial option — this path may provision message credits directly.

    • Check your existing CDX tenants

      Some CDX environments or content packs may already include Copilot Studio capacity. You can review this under My Environments in the CDX portal.

    • Reach out to your Microsoft contact

      For CDX-specific provisioning questions, your Microsoft account team, FastTrack contact, or Partner Support can confirm what trial options are currently available for your tenant.

      •  

    Since licensing for Copilot Studio is now credit-based, trial experiences (including availability of credits) can differ from what was offered previously.
