Best UI for one-off list input

I have a multi-column list of items websites with some metadata.

I want a user to have access to an editable grid so they can quickly populate the input, then start the Automate Desktop flow. There are no APIs from the sites available (and they require clicking in the web UI), so I need to download them through Automate Desktop.

I thought about Excel, but it seems weird to ask the user to open Excel. I have thought about Microsoft List. A bookmarked page webpage makes the most intuitive sense to me. Anyone have any clever solutions?

There are multiple options to add an UI for user input, always depends on the business process and user adoption (what they are familiar with): https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Desktop/Any-estimated-date-for-implementation-of-Custom-Dialog-system/m-p/877932/highlight/true#M2734
