Bad Gateway Flow Failures

I have long standing flow that processes incoming and outgoing emails and logs them.

 

When a new email arrives -> Insert row (V2)

 

It used to run smoothly, never having any issues.  In the last several weeks, I am seeing multiple and more frequent failures indicating 

 

BadGateway

 

with no details?

 

Why is this occurring?  How do I fix this?

Do such failures automatically get resubmitted?  Do I need to manually resubmit them?  I don't want to end up with duplicates.

 

How does a flow work pretty much seamlessly for over a year and suddenly start spitting out errors every couple of days?
