i've linked a dataverse table to my agent and its showing as "ready" in my list of knowledge sources. the first time i tested the agent it recognised a piece a made up error code xxx1234xxx within the dataverse table successfully, but after i updated the table it didnt. i deleted the table, re-created it and still it doesnt recognise the same data in the table to answer my test query. anyone know best way to resolve?
Simply put in this case your Cache is old, refreshing it should resolve it, since it is not automatic and yes its weird that deleting and recreating wouldn't do that for sure but CP doesn't care. Once it builds a cache its a matter of time essentially not necessarily data changes that fix it.
Go to your knowledge yoursources and refresh your Dataverse Table knowledge source and it should resolve.
