How to share "UI elements" across multiple flows

Is it possible to create UI elements that can be reusable across flows? I have multiple UI elements that are common to my flows which I like to import to other flows and reuse. The goal is to help maintain consistency and reduce duplication. If I make any update to the shared UI elements, I want the changes automatically reflect in all flows that are using theses UI elements.

How to share "UI elements" across multiple flows
    Hi There!

I see the question was asked in 2023. For other people's benefit, Microsoft brought in the concept of UI Element Collections to address the same ask in 2024.

You can create them through your desktop flows and will find the entire list in your environment here:

    Thanks,

Direct reusability of individual “UI elements” across desktop flows would have been a great use of the tool. Reusability is such an essential aspect of programming, and I was curious how does this considered when designing Power Automate Desktop flows. I am working on create so many desktop flows, and whenever the UI elements changed, I must open all flows and make the update accordingly. This is really time consuming and not ideal. I wish it would provide some sort of built-in mechanism to reference or reuse individual UI elements across flows.

As you mentioned, I also created few flows that I can call, For ex. I created one desktop flow to handle login to the application but direct reusability of individual “UI elements” across desktop would be the great feature that would avoid redundancy and helps to synchronized flow elements.

Not today, unfortunately.  I was hoping Asset Library would do this, but it doesn't look like it.  It would be really helpful, so if something needs changed, it changes it everywhere.

This idea will help for just getting one-off UIs into another flow, but it won't solve the changes issue:  For getting a UI into another flow, just copy an action that has that UI in it.  It will bring over the action and the UI, then you can delete the action if it's not the action you need.

This idea will help both in using a series of steps containing UIs as well as solve the changes issue:  You can call one flow from another.  For instance if you have "LoginToQuickBooks" as a 6-step series with multiple UI elements, just make that it's own flow.  Every Flow that needs to use "LoginToQuickBooks" can call that flow and you only have the one place to change it.

    Best of luck!
