Hi,

I have around 10 different documents in a folder that i want to print out using power automate.

But they need to be with different print settings. is it possible to change the print setting as part of the flow?

Thanks in advance

Sejer

    Hi @Sejer

It is possible in a number of ways.

You can automate UI - open document, select options to print, automate the dialog box etc.

Alternatively, depending on the printer and software, you could create different printers (pointing to the physical device) with tailored settings to a particular scenario, then depending on the type of the document, change the default printer via cmd.

So short answer is - yes, you can.

    Hi @Sejer

You can use cmd command to change default printer as @momlo  said

    Awesome!
Can you explain a bit more about what functions i need to use?

I have tried with just chaning the print setting on my preffered printer but it keeps using a wrong scale option. although when i open it regulary and print right away it works fine.
