Hello everyone,

I have a Canvas inventory management application, and the client wants to be notified when the stock reaches the safety stock level. The client currently does not have any licenses that include Outlook (they have Power Apps Premium licenses) to receive email notifications.

So I would like to know what possible methods are available to achieve this objective (license purchase, connectors, etc.)?

Hi @gikido,

At the first place what you can do is schedule power automate flow approach:

Create a scheduled flow that runs daily, checks stock levels against safety stock, and sends notifications via Teams or other connectors may be slack!

This avoids relying on Outlook email and leverages available connectors.

Power Automate Flow with Dataverse trigger is most common + recommended, so you only run on a minimum set of data.
