Change ms form question items using api

My writing is poor because I am Japanese and do not understand English.
Sorry.

I wanted to retrieve the form information as shown in the following picture and then rewrite the form content, but this has not been available since late October. I would like to know if there is a solution to this problem. Thank you in advance.

    I'm not sure of the question here.  The picture you are showing are the settings for Get responses.  The ouput of the run for this action will show the form responses.
