I don’t know if you can do it, but this would be something in Microsoft Flows, not Power Automate Desktop. For instance, in Flows, I can say, “if an email is received from so-and-so, send predetermined email to another party.” So, if Flows can connect to Instagram, then you can trigger a PAD through Flows. If it doesn’t, then you have to find a way to trigger Flows. Maybe you can set it up in your Instagram settings to notify you via email, and that will allow you to trigger Flows.
