Performance Issue-Loading Issue

We are experiencing significant performance degradation across all PowerApps applications that use SharePoint Online lists as the data source. The issue started on 11 June 2026 and affects multiple applications. Data loading, form opening, and gallery rendering are taking considerably longer than normal. Kindly verify Microsoft 365 Service Health, SharePoint Online performance, Power Platform services, network connectivity, and any ongoing incidents that may be impacting application responsiveness.

I am not experiencing any such outages issues and cluster belongs to US & UK Zone today i haven't observed any such issues.

In-addition to that i could also check is there any publicly available Microsoft status signals and related service-health guidance even in that i couldn't find any traces of Microsoft-wide outage specific to Power Apps + SharePoint Online list performance as of 11 June 2026.

While further checking there are some external user reports and at least one separate SharePoint-related degradation reported today that could warrant closer tenant-level verification in the admin centers.

I would recommend you to kindly raise a support ticket with Microsoft Support Team . They can assist you better on this case as a community team /members we cannot able to isolate the issue in your tenant .

    Hi there! 👋

Sorry to hear you are experiencing slowdowns — here is a structured checklist grounded in Microsoft Learn:

    1. Check Microsoft 365 Service Health first

Before investigating the app, rule out an active service incident. Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Health → Service health and check for ongoing incidents affecting SharePoint Online or Power Apps. Since the issue started on a specific date across all apps, a service incident is the most likely root cause.

    2. Check delegation and data volume

When a canvas app uses SharePoint, queries must follow delegation rules. Non-delegable formulas force Power Apps to pull the entire list locally, causing severe slowdowns. Verify galleries and filters use delegable functions.

    3. Review app performance patterns

Per the How to create performant Power Apps guide:

    • Optimize page loads — minimise OnStart/OnVisible actions
    • Small data payloads — retrieve only needed columns and rows
    • Server-side filtering — use delegable Filter() not client-side Search()
    • Use Concurrent() to parallelise independent data loads

    4. Use Live Monitor to diagnose

The Live Monitor streams real-time network events including SharePoint response times. Launch from Power Apps Studio → Advanced tools → Monitor.

    5. Verify the SharePoint connection

Check your connection under Power Apps → Data → Connections. An expired OAuth token can cause slowdowns. See Connect to SharePoint from a canvas app.

I will also verify @MS.Ragavendar's observations from Australia - all systems here are working fine.
