Cant sign in to Power Automate to create a connection to Microsoft Forms

I'm trying to create a connection to a Microsoft Form. My goal is to have the responses of this form sent to a different email address than the one I used to create the form. (jennyhu11@hotmail.com). Every time I go into Power Automate to try and create the connection, I am unable to login to do so. This is the error message I get:
 
Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '7ab7862c-4c57-491e-8a45-d52a7e023983' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.
 
I'm not able to use a work account, and the account I used to create the form is jennyhu11@hotmail.com, but again, I'm unable to login to it. 
 
Please help so I can get this form to send its responses to a different email other than jennyhu11@hotmail.com

    Hi,
     
    Your browser thinks you are logged into a Business account, I am not referring to what you are trying to do, I mean it thinks that. In that case you cannot have your browser, in another tab etc, log into your personal account because the business side is cached.
     
    What tenant is that Power Automate in? It looks like Microsoft Services, which would be some busines tenant your company must have created.
     
    I do not know how or when you created the Form as a personal account, but at the moment you need to make sure that all tabs etc are close and logged out of the business. 
     
    Then do incognito.
     
    However, if you are trying to connect to hotmail from a Flow, that is part of your business, its not going ot let you.
