Assign security role to everyone in the org

Hi,

I have shared a canvas app with everyone in the organization. Now I need to assign App opener role to everyone in the organization, is there any way to assign the role to all users at once?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hi @Gopika_gp ,

You could create a dynamic security group and ensure everyone is part of that group, then assign the group the security role.

Hi @Gopika_gp, You need to create a group team which is concept in Data verse, which can be created based on one of the following types: Owner, Access, Microsoft Entra Security group, or Microsoft Entra Office group.

Then assigned the security role to group team and then all member of that group team will get the security role assigned. Please check below article:
