Power Apps grid control

I used the classic editor experience to add the Power Apps grid control to an entity and then changed the Enable Editing property to "Yes".  The grid control now enables editing.

I want to disable editing (the column I most wanted to enable editing for - the Status Reason column, is not editable in an editable grid) but the grid is still editable after changing the Enable Editing property to "No" publishing the changes (repeatedly doing both steps).

What am I missing?  Does anyone know if deleting and re-adding the Power Apps grid control will resolve this problem

I take it that you're talking about the classic grid control in a model driven app.

In theory, setting the Enable Editing property to "No" should work.

I would try clearing the browser cache, logging out & in again, or try loading the app in an in private/incognito browser session.

If that fails, I would then try deleting and re-adding the grid control and hopefully that will resolve the problem.

Thanks for the response timl.  I cleared my browser cache.  This resolved my problem.
