SharePoint Lookup record, open in Powerapps

Hi all,

New to the platform and the community, already did a couple of simple forms, automates and apps.

Now I'm linking 2 lists and need to open one record from the other list in the main app. Standard functionality within SharePoint, out of the box form view has the lookup field as a hyperlink to the entry in the other list.

How can this be established in PowerApps?

Basically I need to be able to click a link in PowerApps that opens up the full record in the form of that list/record.

Use 2 screens and switch between screens to simulate the effect.
