My agents have been unable to be published for weeks due to this message - there is very little information online as to what, if anything, is stopping agents from being published. Please advise.
Maybe check the Copilot Studio Authors tenant setting.
Go to the Power Platform admin center (as a Power Platform Admin)
Navigate to Manage → Tenant settings
Under Copilot Studio Authors, check or add the required security group
After making changes, it can take a little time to take effect.
