Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Every user except for the app owner is unable to use the app.

They receive error stating there is no database server response with the Microsoft Power Automate manifest ID: 3e62f81e-590b-425b-9531-cad6683656cf

Instead of the manifest ID they should be using the power app ID as a client. Why is this occurring for all non-owners?

Have tried elevating SQL connector rights for users to no avail.
