I'm french engineer, and i'm working in the field of Public works, we have recently won a public contract in the field of pipes.
The fact is that the project management is really time consuming.
I would like to optimize some repetitive and manuals process.
I have many questions for example:
I always receive the same type of mails (as bellows):
1 16/9/20 1181645 LANDERNEAU LOTISSEMENT ROUTE DES ANGES LOT 18 POSE OR GC
2 16/9/20 1171729 SAINT DIVY LOTISSEMENT LA VALLEE DE KERAVEL LOT 20 POSE OR GC
3 16/10/20 1147243 BREST 770 RUE MONTJARET DE KERJEGU CHANGEMENT DE CHAMBRE DE COMPTAGE AEP AP
It always contains the same type of informations and the same typo.
I would like to know if there is a function that aim to records each type of informations ( date, numbers, localisation etc.) that will works the same if there is 1 line ou 50.
I would like to use those informations to create a folder (with the name and the number) and pre-filled some excel sheet.
I don't know if my goals are clear or unrealistic, but I need to know the possibilities.
I have tried by myself but I haven't found the way to records multiple informations with a various number of list, I just want to learn,
