power apps does not obtain the data from the sharepoint online list, it indicates that it is empty in the gallery and the sharepoint list has more than 3000 records but the data cannot be obtained

What is the items property of the gallery you are trying to load the list into set to?

In the gallery the ID and name that is in the list are shown but it does not load any data

It would be helpful if you could specify the exact text that appears in the items property for the gallery. For example, if I have a sharepoint list named "Issues", perhaps the items property is "Issues". Or perhaps I'm using a filter to only get some rows, at which point the items property would be something like Filter(Issues,Status="Open").

But as is, I'm not sure what you mean when you say "ID and name that is in the list are shown"

The list as such cannot be applied any filter since it cannot bring the information and when it comes to applying a filter it will not load the information. Look at the attached image.

Try the list alone to see if you get any data. You should get at least the first 500-2,000 records. If that works then there is something wrong with the way you are filtering.

The list is divided into several states and this state can only show 600 records but it does not show them either and I do not know what the problem is, I also have another list with 5000 records and these are shown without any problem, there is a limitation to bringing information from one sharepoint list example that the named column is of type search

Please read this article on delegation. Understand delegation in a canvas app - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn.

Power Apps can't show more than 2,000 records from a data source. Using Delegation it can show the first 2,000 records that match a criteria out of any number of records. You should first make sure that you can get data from your SharePoint data source. Then after you have a gallery that shows records, then you can start filtering it using delegable functions to get the records you want out of a larger SharePoint data source. You should first check to see if the problem is the data source or the filter.

I am going to review the article, as I indicated the other list does not generate this problem. I have even used lists with more than 10 thousand records without a problem, this is the only one.

Again, it would be helpful if you could provide specifics. When you change the data source to just "Solicitud", without the filter, does it work? Do any records show?
