Hello,
I'm currently exploring ways to read SharePoint Lists in Automate Desktop with the aim of using selected rows, specifically those where the ID column is equal to "1". The goal is to utilise these selected rows to populate an existing Excel template file. It's important that the selection of rows remains dynamic; for instance, in the context of customer purchase orders, we want to use only the latest orders or those rows with the highest ID numbers to fill the Excel template. This selection of rows should adapt each time a new order is registered and the SharePoint list gets updated.
I would greatly appreciate assistance with both of the following steps:
1) Retrieving/Importing a SharePoint list (or sublist containing a group of rows) into Power Automate Desktop.
2) Populating an Excel template file with the relevant information from the list's rows.
Thank you very much for your help.
