We are using Power Automate Desktop to validate the workflow of some desktop software. And the test should be executed basing different Windows system languages. When we open the Power Automate Desktop on a Kearon windows system, the test scripts are displayed as Kearon. How can we change it to English?

I have the same question (0)

Refer if the settings in this post make the desired change.

    As per the documentation...

The language used in Power Automate for desktop is the display language selected on your Windows OS.

Refer the section where it says Set the display language for Power Automate for desktop

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/setup

Hello, I found it that the Power Automate for Desktop does need user to install the English package, but not necessarily to set it as Display language, only need to drag it up as Preference Languge:

in my case, originally I only have the Chinese and Japanese Language Package,

after installing English Package and move it on top of the list (Windows will identify the first language in the list as preference language),

Power Automate successfully changes to English while system display remains Chinese.

    Hopes that this will help!

Thank you! Changing the preferred language worked for me.

From what I figured out, you need to change the local computer language to have English as preferred. Steps required:

    1) open language settings

    2) drag English to the top of the preferred list

    3) restart computer
