I would like to be abel to audit activity related to PowerApp Evironments, activities such as :

  • Provisioning a new environment
  • Blocking/allowing connectors in an environment
  • Assignign user permission in an environment
  • Exporting / Importing an App in an environment

Is any of that available in the Unified Audit Log, M365 Defender or anywhere else?

I found some more links on Monitoring the platform. Hope this helps.

yes, check the other links for connectors, permissions, and auditing the dataverse. You need to use the combination of these and environment acts as a container.
