Variable scope issues – Do we have scope defined for variables in Power Automate Desktop?
Not sure I understand your question, but in order to have variables available from parent/child flows, you need to specifically define input/output variables for each of your flow. This allows passing variables on between separate flows (including cloud flows, too).
You can treat desktop flows as functions with their own variables and pass them between flows as you wish (using input and output variables).
That allows you to split large flows into smaller, have shared flows used for various processes etc.
is there a possibility to make it inter flow compatible - or do you have to create a giant flow
It's all global within a single desktop flow.
