Copilot Studio bot keeps showing “Connect to continue” card even after clicking “Allow.”

I have developed a chatbot in Copilot Studio that uses Mutiple SharePoint sites as its knowledge base and integrated it into Microsoft Teams. However, I’ve noticed that for some new users, the bot keeps displaying the “Connect to continue” authentication card multiple times. Even after users click “Allow,” the same card keeps reappearing and they’re unable to proceed.

I’d like to know why this issue is occurring. Is it related to the connection between Copilot Studio and Teams, an issue with SharePoint permissions, or something else? For context, the bot is currently only published via the test channel and not fully rolled out to everyone yet.

    Can you do me a favor and do this
     
    1. Go to powerautomate.com and login
    2. Go to the same environment as your Agent
    3. Click ... More and then Connections
     
    Look for a connection (or connections) to SharePoint that are broken. Fix them and reload your agent and try again.

    Actually, I am using copilot studio for building agent and created topics for it and using SharePoint as a knowledge sources different for many documents. And for connection with teams I had use the channel to publish it in teams.

    Yes I understand where you are, but the work and what it is asking about is the Connection that still has to be created, which you see where I asked.
     
    So I am assuming you didn't do that?
