Hi,

I'm getting the following error message when creating my First Bot. Any ideas why?

We ran into a problem creating your bot

An unexpected error occurred while creating your bot.

The Virtual Agent environment you're looking for no longer exists. Please delete the bot or contact your admin to reinstate the environment.

Trace ID: Trace id not available.

Is this in Teams or in the regular web version of PVA? If its Teams and its the first bot it will take a few minutes to create the environment for the Team. If its in the web version talk to your Office 365 global admin or Power Platform admin and have them check the environment.
