Are Copilot studio chat features production ready

I want to know if the Copilot studio features like chat, generative ai, topics and plugins are ready to be used in Production. Can someone point me to the official documentation or an official support contact who can confirm this to us.

Long answer is still yes but a number of features are in preview (generative AI on sharepoint documents can be a bit underwhelming sometimes and finding the right configuration for plugins can be a tad complicated). If you are satisfied with your bot in copilot studio, you should be alright with the production part.
