I have been trying to update apps in a solution. The solution will import successfully but the published changes are not applying, confirmed by not seeing manual version numbers change.
It's not a cache issue as I have tried:
I've verified published versions of the apps in the details view.
I've tried importing as an update instead of an upgrade.
I'm not sure what else to try.
Did you make sure to hit Publish all customizations before exporting the solution?
