Connect Power automate to a sharepoint list in multiple sharepoint sites

Hi all,
 
I have 10 sharepoint sites with same list name in each site. I want to connect power automate flow to those 10 sites. The trigger is when an item has created. How to configure it for 10 sites. 
 
Note : Sharepoint sites will increase dynamically with same list name. site will get created based on sp template.
 
But when i use the sharepoint designer i can make the workflow as site template, i can able to apply the workflow for all . But sp workflows are going to expire.

    I don't think that's possible with the available triggers and options. It's a good idea to propose I feel.
    There are paid triggers and actions by Encodian which might help you build the solution you're after but its paid. Here is a video for ideas but it doesn't fully relate to your use case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vZJT82kp0g
