Bot message comes twice

I have an agent in Copilot Studio.
At a certain point, a message is always sent twice as a response in MS Teams.
I have a simple topic that is supposed to output a string in response to a specific phrase (VERSIONCODE). Suddenly, it appears twice.
In the logs in Application Insights, the order of the messages is:

BotMessageReceived (“type”: “message”)
TopicStart (“TopicName”: “copilots_header_agent1_test.topic.Version”)
TopicAction (“TopicName”: “Version”)
TopicEnd (‘TopicName’: “copilots_header_agent1_test.topic.Version”)
 
and then twice:
 
BotMessageSend
with completely identical parameters except for a different “activityId”
 
How can this happen?

    Hi @Konrad,
     
    It would be helpful if we could see your topic, but you could try to end your topic with an "end conversation" node and see if that removes the problem.

    Try to add "End all conversation" - hope this will help
