Change your Power Virtual Agents default canvas bot icon and name using a custom HTML snippet.

    Hi,

    Thanks for checking in. 😀 Am using Teams apps, as when it was working, changing the icon in 'Manage' --> 'Details' --> Change icon button, replace with new '.png' file, dimensions 240x240 pixel, various file sizes; 11KB, 21.1KB, etc.. The new icon does reflect in the Test bot UI, but when pinned as Teams app, it is shown as 'broken'.

     

    Am now using version 1.1.0

    Thank you for reaching out. Did you use PVA web or Teams apps or use custom canvas to change the icon?

    dytb_0-1623049911357.pngIt was working but now broken, have tried changing new images, published many times, but still icon shown broken. 😢
