It was working but now broken, have tried changing new images, published many times, but still icon shown broken. 😢

Thanks for checking in. 😀 Am using Teams apps, as when it was working, changing the icon in 'Manage' --> 'Details' --> Change icon button, replace with new '.png' file, dimensions 240x240 pixel, various file sizes; 11KB, 21.1KB, etc.. The new icon does reflect in the Test bot UI, but when pinned as Teams app, it is shown as 'broken'.
Am now using version 1.1.0
