Model Driven App print out with dynamic display fields

Hi,
 
I have a Model Driven App with dynamic display fields controlled by JavaScript.
 
I want to create a function to print out all the displayed fields.
 
If I use Word Templates, all filed are hard code, can't only print out the displayed fields.

    You won't be able to customize fields in word templates based on how you are doing with Javascript at form level. In order to achieve this what you can do is create a custom web page and add a custom print button on your form. You can design & place fields based on your condition of javascript. You can prepare your custom web page based on your word template using ai as well.
