It is expected that users will be prompted to provide consent when accessing the application for the first time.
Regarding the blank page, that does not appear to be normal behaviour and could potentially be a Microsoft service issue or a temporary glitch. I would recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft for further investigation.
As for bypassing the consent screen, that is generally not possible because consent is tied to the user’s identity, permissions, and organizational policies. User consent is a fundamental part of the authentication and authorization process and cannot be avoided in standard scenarios.
When using Microsoft authentication, users may be prompted to grant consent the first time they access the agent. In general, they should not need to refresh the page after granting access, so the behavior you're seeing is not expected.
A few things to check:
At this time, there isn't a supported way to avoid the Microsoft sign-in/consent experience while still using authenticated access. The main alternative is No authentication, but that comes with the expected security trade-offs.
