My Azure OpenAI studio is optimized with my documents and I can chat against them well in the playground. I also am able to get responses that aren't related to my documents, which is a huge affordance for me. However, when I deploy to a PVA bot and establish the OpenAI connection, I can only get responses that are related to my documents. I made sure to set the "limit content to your data" to false in both OpenAI Studio and in the conversational boost topic, but still no luck -- it just goes straight to fallback.
Is this intentional -- or am I missing something? How can I get the bot to replicate the behavior I'm seeing in the studio/on my webapp?
Hi @mj-s
I believe there is a known issue that prevents the configuration you set on the PVA side to be honored, so this defaults to limiting content to your data.
Henry
Ah, bummer. Any chance you know if this issue is being addressed?
Or, do you think I could do this using the old school way of calling a flow?
Thanks for your quick response @HenryJammes
I'm trying to chase one - will keep you posted.
In the meantime, the "old school" way was documented here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Platform-Integrations/Integrate-a-PVA-chatbot-with-Azure-OpenAI-using-your-data-TBD/m-p/2242607/highlight/true#M299
