Hello team,

I have made a flow. The flow triggers the customer voice. We fill the customer voice and the data gets populated into SQL table.

I have 2 questions:

1) How does the data get populated into the SQL table. I don't see anything in the flow that shows me data pumping into SQL

2) In the SQL table I see 2 responses for 2 users. Please see the screenshots. One is mine and the other belongs to another colleague. Under the LastModifiedBy Column, I have circled in red for the both of us. Wherever it shows 'Power Automate' the result is 1 in IsSurveyCompleted column? For both me and my colleague, the results are different whereas we both use the same customer voice to fill up and it triggers the same flow. She might be using her own credentials, whereas I am using admin credentials. Please help me explain the processing which goes in the background.

    Hi @kierian

Thank you for your response. Yes you were right, it is linked to power apps. https://canada.flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments/8acb0cc8-86f5-418e-91bf-cacae204d8fd/flows/shared/71cd7a70-784b-4f4f-ab94-5c110219c949

Please find a screenshot of my flow. If you can see the SQL table screenshots given earlier, in the last modified by column, Most of them are power automate, suddenly my name appears it means, when I fill the customer voice form, flow is triggered, but if it is late, then power apps sends the info (I had registered as a new client in power apps by my name - that's how I got to know). How do I know the information about timing in the flow?

this is how my flow looks like.JPG
