AI Model Provider Usage Limit Error Not Visible in Admin Panels

Whenever users are facing this "usage limit error" , as AI admin we need to get notification or need to capture the details in admin center so that admins can work on these scenarios accordingly.

Can you please provide workaround for this query?

Hi @MS-20021209-0,

For the Copilot Studio “usage limit” you can monitor via Power Platform admin center (PPAC):

PPAC → Licensing → Copilot Studio shows environment consumption and which agents are using credits (including “in overage” scenarios).

To get proactive alerts, set per-agent monthly limits in PPAC → Licensing → Copilot Studio → Summary → Manage Agents. Microsoft sends notifications to tenant/environment admins when an agent is approaching the limit, and you can optionally enforce a hard stop at the limit.

If you’re allocating capacity packs, enable “nearing capacity” notifications so admins get warned before capacity is exhausted.
