The connection in this Flow is set to the Forms owner and the account has full access to this Form.

I managed to get this step in the flow working with a different user account however this is not a viable long term fix.

    Hi,

Has the Flow been shared with you?
Has the person who's flow it is, if there are files involved (attachments) made sure you have acces there?

Have you tried incognito browser? or clearing your cache?

For whatever reason, the server side is clearly not believing you have access, so I would go back to the form and verify who it was shared with, and not shared with to copy, but shared with to Edit etc.

BTW, if you are using multiple people, you should be using Form Groups and then just make sure you are in the group and bingo.

Convert it to a Group Form if you have too

What did you use in the fields of the Get response details action? Can you share a screenshot of that configuration?

There definitely seems to be a server issue occurring. A similar thread from a few years ago can be found Solved: Error saving flow (powerplatform.com)

A couple solutions that appeared to have worked -

"I wanted to use a service account in the Power Automate flow, and I could not switch the connection to the service account due to the error in this post.  Going to the form, clicking the three dots in the top right, select 'Collaborate or Duplicate', and then copy the link from the 'Add collaborators' section.  Then go to that link signed in as the service account." - SB-25071529-0

The owner of the Form is the same user account I'm trying to use for the connection in the Flow.

I tried creating a collaboration link and opening it whilst signed in as the user account however it didn't resolve the Flow issue.

As far as I can tell the owner of the Form should have full permissions to access the Form to get responses.

I tried a inPrivate browser tab but it made no difference unfortunately.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.
