failed to open Model Driven App

Hi Teams,

When I publish the model-driven app, it leads to this page. I click to see my app, it doesn't work, but it returns to this page again. I don't know what the issue here. I watched some tutorials and see that left corner is "Dynamics 365" but mine is "PowerApps". i'm not sure this causes the issue? Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you share more details with your error? Can your app play well when editing in App designer?
What is the link of website in your posted image?
If you want to open your Model-Driven Apps, you can open it from the PowerApps Potal - Apps, then find your App and open it.
In the other way, you can click Microsoft Dynamic 365 to see all Apps from PowerApps and Dynamic 365, you can also open you apps in there.
Please have a try and check if you can play your Apps properly.

When I publish the app, it leads to this page, I click the app in this page to open but it doesn't work. It only returns to this page every time I click the app to open

This is the image of my Dynamics 365. I'm not sure whether Dynamics 365 causes the issue. One more thing, I couldn't create new entity, it shows error. I only create model-driven app by using built in entity
