How to share a Power Apps customised SharePoint Form

(2) ShareShare

I have a scenario that I cannot work out with a SharePoint list and a Power Apps customised form.

Group A users have Contribute access to the list and a custom level to override any list behaviours - so that they see everything in that list.

Group B users are only granted read only access to specific line items when required. They do not have access to the list itself.

The list has the setting of Read All and Create items and edit items that were created by the user.

This works perfectly for my scenario for Group B - that they only see those line items they are specifically allowed access to.

BUT, the issue is they cannot open the line item to view via the Power Apps Customised Form as it says they have no access. How can I change this??

I have tried so many different ways but I cannot seem to let them view only the specific line item and open the customised Power Apps form.  They do not need to edit this Form, they just need to be able to view it. Any ideas?  I cannot seem to share the Power App Form from Power Apps either as the Share button is greyed out. If I give

Group B can't open the Power Apps form because they only have item-level permissions, not list-level permissions.

Power Apps forms don't work with item-only sharing.

    Here is what i found:

Give Group B at least "Read" or "Restricted View" permission on the SharePoint list itself, not just individual items. That's required for the customized form to open.

    The limitation:

If you keep Group B with item-only access, they won't be able to use the Power Apps form. It's a design limitation, not a bug.

    Hello @RM-30040732-0

This is a limitation of Power Apps customised forms. Users must have at least Read access at the list level to open the form…

Adding to @Kalathiya's correct response, there may be a workaround depending on how you have restricted the item-level permissions. If you only need them to read their own created items, firstly try this (In Advanced Settings in SharePoint) if you have not already.
If that still does not work, create a Custom Permission Level in SharePoint as below and give the users this level
