@Anonymous Pls keep Get response Details action out of Apply to each. it should be after trigger. and expand create item action and share screen.

@Hardesh15 I used the Templates of Power Automate. "Get responds" needs to be in apply to each. i tryed a simple flow to get the information of the Forms and move it to Sharepoint lists and it didn´t work.

@Hardesh15  Thanks for your Help. I dont understand your Code. How do u put the Variable in to the Create item?

and how do u split it? its not clear for me.

    Split(replace(replace(replace(outputs(‘Get_response_details’)?’body/rc9bce6a0275e4d789bd1098d569868d5′],'[‘,”),’]’,”),'”‘,”),’,’)

why do u use replace replace replace ?

@Anonymous If you are having such questions in your MS Form then it is relevant to you otherwise ignore this.

In replace(), i am replacing unnecessary characters like [,]," with blank and then i am splitting such choices by comma to get each value neat and clean.

Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Accept as Solution' if my post answered your question.

No, I have tried this flow and it is working. I have only an issue with a field of type number where I don't have proposal to match it with it related Form field, Power automate display one proposal to link it with Response ID, which doesn't has sense.
