How to copy the flow - only record source to be changed for another project

Copied  the flow and thought that on the record source I will change the site address and the SharePoint list name is same, so it will work for another project for exact similar purpose.

Flow completely got copied, but the logo stays dim, also when tried to change the record source in the "Get Items", error appears.
So had to create same again and again the same design app for 3 times for 3 projects.

Is it possible to copy the  flow and change the record source?.

If yes, please guide as it saves time and avoid mistake.

For copy in the same environment, I will test as you shown, and will update you. But I have not understood your advise "then your only option to to make a copy of the Flow and then import it as a new Flow."

You mean I should export  - Package .zip for my local drive - and then import from the local disk.

As making copy from the My Flow screen is the same the method as I posted in my one of the reply to you.

Also please is it possible to export and import in another environment, so that only little bit of changes and it can work. Because max time the flow of schedule and reminders remain same, same variable of start date and end date etc, remain same.

    Please advise

    Thank you.

    Sir,

    Thank you for your reply.

Regarding the "Logo gets dim" of the copy flow:

when I copied Flow - I followed the below method
In the screen of "My Flows" - selected the particulr flow and clicked on the 3 dots - selected the option Save As
It asked for the name, gave the name. the flow got created , checked inside by edit , found all is the same thing as of my original flow.
Now In the below image, in the copied Flow, image of logo is dim and a mark on the corner.

    Please advise on this.

    @MIA27

If you are using the Flow within the same environment, then your only option to to make a copy of the Flow and then import it as a new Flow.

When you Import the Flow, you'll need to re-select the site as well as the list even if the list name is the same.  Then, you'll need to go through your Flow and fix anything that was pointing to the output of the SharePoint trigger or action that you changed.

What do you mean when you say the "logo stays dim"?
