Error: The input body for trigger 'manual' of type 'Request' did not match its schema definition. Error details: 'Required properties are missing from object: entity.'.

I am getting the above error when trying to run my manual approval workflow. I tested my previous documents and have no issues . It is only happening with new documents. I compared everything and don't see where the issue is?
