Look For Email with attachment and Send a second request for email without attachment

Hi,

I already have a script where I can go out to each client mailbox, grad those attachments and bring them to my folder. Now I want for the script also look for the each client domain/email, if I don't have an attachment to send them a second request. Thank you for the help.

Hi @TTC

To confirm, you want a power automate desktop flow, which checks each mailbox for each domain/email and see whether there are emails with no attachments , right ?

That's correct Nived! if there's an attachment I want to download them to a folder, if there's none, I want the PAD send the client a second request as a reminder.

Hi Super User,
Your link solution is totally different then what I am looking for. Also it's a better if you can demonstrate your solution by using the PAD script so I case see the step instead write the solution.
I already know how to retrieve the email. I want to send the client a second request if I did not receive his/her attachment on the first attempt. Thank you!

Hi @TTC

I hope this design flow helps you

Here I am looping through a list of mailaddress (which is List variable) and then retriving mails from each and checking if attachments is there , if it is no present, bot will send a reminder via send email action (hope that is what you expects).

For emails having attachments it will downloads to a folder specified under download_path variable

Hi Nived,
It did not send the second email where there's no attachment. I am debugging the script and It keeps skipping the send email step. I assume if it did find an attachment on the first email it should skip the send email step, but if it did not find an attachment on the second email it should read the send email step, and send a second request to the client right?

after it reads the IF statement and then it skips the 'Sent Exchange email message' and go to End process.

Hi @TTC

Could you check this

use display message action before if condition to check the subject of mail.

Just need to confirm whether it is only picking up emails with attachments only

yes, it did pick up an email with attachment and download it in my folder. but it skip the send email with no attachment. Below are the files that was download.
