Hello all,
I have created chatbot using Power Virtual Agents. I haveprolonged my trial period 2 times and still have 13 days for trial (picture attached). I talked to my bos and she's OK we buy the monthly subscription. However, in the mean time the chatbot has dissapeared?! I cannot find it anywhere?
Did you ahve experience like this? Is it possible to recover the chatbot somehow?
Hi @pjole , have you tried looking into the "chatbot" table in Dataverse to see if your bot is still there (in your default environment)?
Also, you can access the topics from your bots in the table "chatbot subcomponent", the "OBI data" column contains the YAML of the topic definition - you could copy and paste it into a new bot to recreate it if needed

You are in the right URL. Change the environment at the top to default, then go to "tables", click on "all" then search for the one I gave you.
In PVA did you select the right environment as well? For instance I have multiple environments and each have their own bot - maybe you were looking into the wrong one?
I found that table and "Obi Data" column but inside it I don't see any text in relation to my chatbot's topics?
The OBI data contains "code" that you can copy and paste into a new topic when you switch to the "code editor" in your PVA topic. It will recreate the topic once you close the code editor:
