I want to use my Virtual agent to manage FAQ (frequencly asked questions). Is it a common practice?
What is the difference between a Topic in power virtual agent and the QnA maker in ms bot framework?
As I understand they can be used for the same purpose?
Thanks!
does the topics have the same machine learning functionality as q&a maker.
the q&a maker set me up an azure account and i was able to set meta tags, preferred answers etc
If they support the same level of granularity, then great! If you can help please do
@Anonymous
Nice!
Yes, it's more easily than create manually inside the PVA topics and inside the Q&A maker.

@renatoromao OK! Thanks.
I tried Suggested topics. It works well.
Do you mean that it´s not only a more convenient way of doing it, it is also provides better results, compared to creating topics manually?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Yes, it's common to use FAQ importing inside Suggested topics in Power Virtual Agents.
The difference between the topic and the Q&A maker is that topic you can create easily and provide a quick response, however the Q&A maker you can provide a better result and guarantee that your user can receive the correct message.
I recommend that you use the suggested topics.
