I've intention to utilize sharepoint as a basis for case management.
With reference to the table above, the following is desired
- Upon entry of new case, supervisor will be notified a case has been logged (with the sharepoint list link)
- Upon updating of 'Disposition column' supervisor will be notified (with the sharepoint list link)
- Whenever entry of new case or updating of disposition (there are more variables, e.g. area of injury, department, etc.) this would provide 'live' update in a form of a chart for visual analytics (Power BI can't be used here)
