Good day

I have a Powerapp where I want to upload a file with it's properties into a SharePoint document Library. The file uploads perfectly, but I want to capture extra metadata fields that must upload with the file and display in the library view.

Question: How can I capture metadata fields on the app and upload it with the file properties please? (in this case BPNumber, BPName, DocumentType, Description, etc)
