Agent error via Teams

My agent suddenly generated this Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:14REL6nMK38o6NnrsoFwC2IkM8-cfmY13setjH27MKoUCwnk3Wgqhmuey6gTDPvY1zIbFw8tnLm5SGiOHza-pSp4En1PbEGq-RR4OEvJSR7p9yPRhceYQ4JjmOhawQCKi. Time (UTC): 1/9/2026 5:38:45 PM.

I moved it from one test environment to another at work and it started by requesting Sharepoint permissions, and suddenly this happened. Any solutions?

Hi @NR-09011741-0,

try to remove and add the agent in teams also do the same for the channels (Teams).

Hit Publish with in the Copilot Studio helps too and also check the box to force publish in teams etc(it will apear when you press publish). Let me know if that helped.
