We got a user who is leaving the company as has been doing a great job with Copilot Agents om his account. Since is leaving the company we are wondering if there is a way to move all of work into another company user account. 
We know he can rebuild all the work in the new account, but if possible we would like to avoid such kind of duplicated work.
 
we don’t have copilot studio developer licences/permissions?

    Transferring Copilot Agents between users requires admin or developer permissions. Without these, you’ll need to involve your IT/admin team or manually rebuild the agent. There is no end-user self-service transfer option without the right permissions
