Strange Download Behavior

Using a Chrome browser with Downloads setting set to default "Downloads" I am dealing with a popup that has a download icon. I am using Send Keys to click the download button. When the download button is clicked a Save File dialog opens but the folder that it is set to is some seemingly random folder, -not Downloads. How do I control the destination folder.

I have the same question (0)

This seems like a Chrome issue. If you have a default folder set to Downloads, you should not even have the Save As pop-up at all.

Regardless of that, if you want to download your file to a specific folder, you can send the full file path (including the folder path) to the File name field of the Save As window. This would save the file into the folder you want.

Thank you. Yes, I have Chrome default set to "Downloads". I think the reason I get the Save As Dialog" is because I am using Send Keys to click the Popup download button. I have kind of worked around the problem for now. I found out if I manually click the download button and manually select the Download folder, then on all subsequent Flow runs, the files are correctly downloaded into the Downloads folder.
