Hi
I'm building a flow that will post communications to a private Teams channel. A group of 10+ users will need to be notified whenever one of these communications is posted.
I would prefer not to @mention each individual user as 1. it will look messy, and 2. the list of users who need to be in the loop of these communications will change over time, and it would be good if the HR/Communications team could manage this themselves. I created a tag in the parent Teams site for this purpose, and added some users.
I used the 'Get a @mention token for a tag', and then added this @mention token to the body of the Teams post. However, when the communications are posted, the users are not actually notified. If I hover over the tag mention in the posts, it appears that there are 0 users in the tag.
If I create a tag directly in the private channel, it will not be available as an option to get an @mention token for.
Is there a workaround or a better option to mention multiple users in a post to a private Teams channel, short of mentioning each user individually?
Thanks in advance for your help!
