I am planning to build an emergency safety‑check flow using Power Automate.
Before moving to production, I would like to confirm the correct request limits because the information available online seems inconsistent.
According to Microsoft Learn, the following limits are documented:

Microsoft 365 license: 6,000 requests / 24 hours

Power Automate Premium (per user): 40,000 requests / 24 hours

Power Automate per flow: 250,000 requests / 24 hours
However, some Japanese support articles mention that “different limits apply during a transition period”.
My questions:

Which request limits are actually enforced as of 2026
(Microsoft 365 / Premium / per flow)?

Is the “transition period” still active, and if so, when will it end?
